Tuesday: Lasagna, salad
Wednesday: Pork chops, rice w/ gravy, peas
Thursday: Chicken broccoli alfredo
Friday: Sloppy Joes, baked fries, apples
Saturday: Aaron’s b-day. Out to eat
Sunday: BBQ pork chops, roasted potatoes, broccoli w/ cheese
Monday: Garlic Chicken Thighs, pasta, salad
Tuesday: Hellman’s Chicken, Parmesan Rice, peas
Wednesday: Flat Iron steak, baked potatoes, green beans
Thursday: Pancakes, sausage, fruit
Friday: Out to eat
Saturday: Cheeseburger Soup, rolls
Here is a huge truth about two week menu planning and two week grocery shopping: It is a HUGE job, it takes a lot of time (2-3 hours), and is a pain in the butt. It is NOT easy…but it makes my life easier in the long run. So, the planning, coupon selection, shopping, and organization is worth the effort because it makes my life smoother every day. And I need all the “easier” and “smoother” that I can get these days.
